Department
This is where the ball gets rolling. It's good to have a
webpage with all your work on it and it's great to have a Business Name but
without submitting to the Art Department your image and or business you
never get in to the hands of the person that drinks that premium bottle of water
with your name on it.
Most advertising, if you are lucky will capture a viewers
attention for a few moments. Advertising on Model on a Bottle Pure
Artesian Water will capture your viewers attention for as long as
they are drinking the water and of course keeping the bottle and label.
For example someone walking on a treadmill might have that
bottle in there possession for about 30 minutes. If they took the bottle
to lunch, that could be an hour. That's time to reach you. Learn
about you. If your Bottle has a Model on it, it's practically
guaranteed that Label will be peeled off the Bottle and kept as a prized
possession by the person that saved it. If you are a Business Sponsor, you
will absolutely want to sponsor a Model and have your Business name on that
Bottle.
To get started, Visit the Models and
find an Image you really like and want to see on your Bottle. Contact the
Model or Photographer and let them know you would like to sponsor that image or email
and make an offer by clicking here. and we will contact them. Please bear in
mind that some of the Images on there page may not yet be released for
Licensing. It is very important that an image is released by both the
Photographer and the Model or copyright owner before it can be put on a Label.
Visualize how that image will look on a curved surface with a
target viewing area of about 2 to 3 inches by 3 to 4 inches with the remainder
being room to put your Business info, coupon incentive, Business URL and
information about the water.
Think about what colors you think would show up well and look
good with the Image of the Model so that the overall result looks professional
and appealing. If your not sure, just submit the info you want about
your Business and let the Art Department design it for you.
Once the proof is completed and approved by you, and the Model
or Photographer it will be ready to add to the Store. Be sure to designate
whether you want your shared brand to be public or exclusive. Model and
Photographers have the option to sell you that image for your exclusive use
should you desire but unless that is specified, the image may be used by
businesses other then yours.
Every Label will be the highest print quality on waterproof
and or Polypropelene labels for longest lasting quality.
The longest lasting smudge proof inks will be used in printing.
Every effort will be made to maximize the use of space
available so that every customers sees the finest presentation and every label
proof will be emailed back to the Model, Photographer and Business for final
approval.
Before your label is created you will want to determine your
advertising budget and visit Information for
Advertisers for image association fees related to sponsorship of Model or
Photographers image.
After you have chosen your Featured Talent for the Label you
will need to fill out this form.

print it out. Fill in the blanks and copy it and email it back to
modelonabottle@yahoo.com or Fax it
to 206-888-4642.
The Art Department fee is as
little as $99.00 Minimum One Time Art Department fee and Setup for printing.
This gives the art department one hour and 20 minutes to set
up the Label for size, orientation, color run, test and proofs made to email
back to clients. Large file sizes have to be put on a CD and shipped priority
mail. Be sure to state any specific requests you want at this time to the Art
Department. Very complicated designs or additional changes wanted after
one hour and twenty minutes will be charged at the usual rate or billable
in 20 minute increments at $33.00 per 20 minute increment over that one hour 20
minute average.
After you have paid for the Art Department Fee minimum and
filled out and sent the Advertiser Release Form please send the information you
wish to have on your ad to
modelonabottle@yahoo.com Be sure to send any and all information you
want in the ad including logos, slogan, any images, coupons business contact etc
and instructions or special requests so we can get started. When the work
is completed, it will be emailed back to your for your approval then a hard copy
will be mailed to you for your approval unless you waive this right or are in a
hurry. This is usually done because of the slight changes in color due to
the different perceptions of computer screens, personal printers and color
conversions of different software programs. These variation are usually
slight.
This is what a typical label looks like using a stock photo Model. (Not
actual size).
If you wish to sponsor a Model, here is an example of how much room you
have to advertise.
The Image Size Parameters for 16.9 oz bottles.
Length is 7.9375 x 2. 375 Width"
The Model or Main Image Area is 3" x 2.125"
The Image Area is 7.6875 x 2.125 and the Bleed area is 8.000"
x 2.4375"
Other special Instructions or notes for the 16.90Z Bottles:
No true type fonts! EPS and Acrobat ok. PMS colors used in
your artwork will be converted to C M Y K and may not be a true color match. If
you do not outline fonts, send font files both postscript and screen files.
Artwork will be imported into Adobe CS2 version. Label will be printed in
4 color Process. Water Source Info can be anywhere on the bottle but it is
required by law. We usually put it at the end where the label meets but
can move it. Layer one contains text. Layer two contains label guides.
The text layer can be toggled off and on as needed. Layer 3 is the artwork
layer and you can add more layers above the template but do not delete layer
two. Email

any and all Specific Instructions if you will be doing the preliminary work or
just let our experienced, professional art department handle it for you.
